Purchased in November of 2006, this deal was brought to us prior to marketing because of our reputation amongst agents and vendors. We’re known for recognising opportunities, constructing deals quickly, and being able to arrange a strong debt package.

In order to facilitate a speedy resolution, we took appropriate views on environmental audit and the property valuation, and were able to exchange on the purchase within 3 weeks. The site was valued at £17m, however we paid £14.1m, and received an annual income of £1.6m.
