Landed Estate Owners

  • ASSET RICH BUT REQUIRE INCOME
  • NEED SUPPORT UNLOCKING REVENUE STREAMS FOR THEIR ESTATE
  • DO NOT WANT THEIR ESTATES TO BE OVERWORKED OR BURDENSOME
How we helped:

Neil and his wife Sarah, continuously work hard to maintain the family home both for their children’s futures, but also given its importance in English history.

Due to the scale of the estate, considerable levels of expenditure are required to upkeep and maintain the properties for generations to come.

The family requested support and mentoring to help unlock additional income from their assets through our property family office service.

Wealth Winners

  • INHERITED PARENTS WEALTH THROUGH FAMILY LOSS
  • LOTTERY WINNERS NEEDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE
  • FORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES COMING FROM UNFORTUNATE EVENTS - PERSONAL CLAIMS
How we helped:

Tim was fortunate enough to win the lottery. Inheriting large sums of money, although a fortunate position,  can be more often than not very daunting and stressful. The pressure of maintaining the wealth can be seen as a burden rather than enjoyment.

Tim was encouraged to keep full control of his new wealth but wanted advice and guidance on how to manage it from our property experts.

Entrepreneurs

  • SELF-MADE BUSINESS PEOPLE LOOKING TO REINVEST FOR THE FUTURE
  • COMPANY CREATORS THAT HAVE RECENTLY SOLD THEIR BUSINESS
  • UHNW LOOKING TO INVEST IN PROPERTY
How we helped:

Jodie created her company from nothing, working long hours to build a business from the ground up. Recently, she sold the business allowing her to cash out and move on to new ventures. Not wanting to retire, Jodie wished to actively invest her wealth in alternative sectors from that of her career.

She continues to make her own investment decisions, but having worked extremely hard as the founder of her company, Jodie does not want the administrative burden of the day-to-day property management.

Generational Wealth

  • COUPLES LOOKING TO RETIRE FROM THE DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT
  • PARENTS LOOKING TO PASS ON GENERATIONAL WEALTH TO THEIR CHILDREN WHO REQUIRE MENTORING AND SUPPORT
  • GENERATIONAL WEALTH IS STRONGER BEING MANAGED UNDER ONE ROOF, RATHER THAN MANAGED BY MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO MAY NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY PROPERTY INVESTMENT EXPERTISE
How we helped:

Having had long careers managing the family office, Debbie and John are looking to retire.

Their children are still relatively young and unfamiliar to the world of business, and thus they do not want to hand over such a level of responsibility without support.

They wish for their children to take over the family office but they need guidance and mentoring to support them.
